Instead of passively waiting until Curaçao has full access to all digital content globally provided, CITI has developed this tool to help us actively identify, analyze and address the issues that are currently holding Curaçao back.

The tool has the following functionalities:

• The mapping of content access issues; Before issues can be addressed, we need to know which issues exist and where they occur.
• Encouraging and supporting website owners with solving these issues; When issues are reported, action follows. Website owners are approached and provided with information that encourages and supports them with solving the issue.

Some issues may require other types of action. In these cases, issue reports can be helpful to illustrate the scale and impact of the issue, persuading the actors involved to address it.
